Day 10
Today I was just not hungry. At all. Until dinner and then I was starving.
Breakfast: A chocolate coconut chew larabar. Before you get excited, the "chocolate" was 100% coco powder which has no sugar in it at all. It wasn't tasteless, but definitely not my favorite. I also had black iced coffee from Dutch Brothers.
Lunch: Yeah... I again, not hungry. This happens sometimes in the summer. I had cashew butter with plantain chips at about 3. Just a handful and I used it like dip. It was delicious. Not really an "approved" lunch with a protein and a lot of vegetables. Sorry.
Dinner: I had the rest of the leftover burrito bowl's with an entire avocado's worth of guacamole. It was delicious. After dinner my mom wanted to have a yogurt date with Jacob, so I had a bowl of fruit while they ate yogurt. It was so good, I didn't even miss the yogurt!
